Dubai Creek Harbour is a 6 million sqm (1,483 acres) master-planned waterfront development by Emaar Properties, launched in 2013 as a joint venture with Dubai Holding. Located along the Dubai Creek (10-15 minutes from Downtown Dubai and DXB Airport), it’s designed as a sustainable, pedestrian-friendly “city within a city” for over 200,000 residents and visitors. Key themes include innovation, sustainability (e.g., green spaces covering 50% of the area), and luxury waterfront living, with views of the creek, skyline, and wildlife sanctuary.

As of September 2025, the project is in advanced phases, with over 7,500 units delivered and more under construction. It’s divided into districts like Creek Beach (beachfront leisure), The Island District (central hub with Creek Tower), and Green Gate (new eco-focused area). Recent milestones include the opening of Creek Marina (81-berth yacht club) and rapid development of promenades, restaurants, and residential towers. Future plans align with Dubai’s D33 Economic Agenda, including integration with the AED 128 billion Al Maktoum Airport expansion and Etihad Rail, boosting connectivity and ROI.
